Yeah!!! Fantastic and scary news!! Rupi has been found! Thats the good part. The scary part is that she was closed into a wall after some repair people came to fix the plumbing at the home. Amber started hearing faint meowing and when she went to the bathroom and shook the treat bag, she heard it again. Knowing the work that was done, she called friends to go open the wall up while she was at work and they found the poor little girl. I just put out a warning to tradespeople about being careful to not let cats out of homes and close doors when working at residences. This is a much worse offence and although not intentional, its inexcusable and could have killed her. Do not fill holes, close pipes and cavities unless you have done a head count of the pets in the home. You must know where they are prior to finishing construction.
