Yeah got a guy here working on stuff at the house and our beam over the garage. It was hanging low and it has got to be replaced. Going to be a big job. Ben and I had to move the organ, desk and chairs out of the sun porch as the weight of them with no beam could be bad. Cant use the garage for a while either. Great news, not. On a good note we got our trim around the front door and our deck fixed. Next big job is to paint the front door and sand and spray the deck.
