Year of the KQ Classic Safari Rally as several drivers and mechanics embark on preparing thier antique cars for one of the worlds toughest marathon events to be staged in November this year Jim Heather-Hayes, one of the most respected rally car engineers in the region, was spotted at the Ndovu Workshop last weekend working on the sole Ferrari to grace the 10-day event. The car will be driven by one of the former leading national rally navigators--turned-driver, Marzio Kravos. Among his major acheivements, Kravos guided Lancia Rallye 037 driver, the late Greg Criticos to several KNRC victories during his hay days before turning driver. Also geting set for the event, is Rommy Bhamra, who wil drive his familiar Datsun 260Z with Harvey Jutley as his mavigator.
