Yep, I need to put this out there. If YOU cant check yourself then you cant check anybody. I went through a phase of cursing. Every other word was a curse word. People coming up to me left & right saying that aint you. The new Julie could care less what others say especially when they was cursing just as much as me. Then I also went through this phase at the SAME time of drinking more. You think people didnt have nothing to say then. Yep, they sure did. Matter of fact it was probably the same people. People crack me up because they even start going to my husband like he was my Daddy. Mind you Im grown (38 yrs old to be exact) AND my Daddy died April 1997. It took ONE night for me to drink a lil too much & I cursed my 2 lil ladies out. The worst part is I didnt remember doing that. That 1 day changed EVERYTHING. Yall already know my 3 piece is my EVERYTHING!!!! An apology was given asap (because they deserved it) & the cursing & drinking slowed down tremendously. I even started staying in the house more. Again, I have no problem checking myself for the right reasons. I can care less what a man OR woman have to say about me (& it took me a long time to get there) but I will change in a minute for my babies. Learn to check YOURSELF! CHANGE is GOOD! Its funny when people try to change you but they refuse to make positive changes themselves. That old Julie must have been way to nice.
