...Yep, kickin it old school - or something like that. Thinking of old friends and awesome times in San Antonio. I was able to see so many great performers in SA, Austin, and sometimes in Houston. This was my first concert in San Antonio: New Edition. NE members were the ...progenitors of the boy band movement and led the way for groups like New Kids on the Block, Boyz II Men, Backstreet Boys and N Sync, and they are the reason we still have boy bands from the west to the east, which causes us to have to bear with K-Pop, C-Pop, and J-Pop and all that jazz (some pop groups are good, though, I must say. Anyheo.. My fave performers from New Edition were Ralph Tresvant, Johnny Gill, and of course, Bobby Brown. It was a wild ride, but I wouldnt have missed it for the world. 80s music is among the best...IMO.
