Yep, worked with people who have not developed an identity outside their job identity even though it felt bad for them! The worlds population should be about lifting people up in leisure not a competitive work force built on consequencing people who are not included in the synthetic work force! The only problem with a more compassionate system is a small minority cant have all the opportunity! A society would have to be about spreading wealth rather than concentrating it!
