Yes, I believe we do and I do believe its likely there are time travelers into our world. Not too many but they do exist. They are Satans time travelers, or another way to put it, those of the fallen world from the past and future. But its so weird, its the 105 protectionism of the fallen, through the adjustment bureau? Lol. The future has the technology I believe for all sorts of weird events to come into our linear time, through some sort of vortex.
