This was a Thomas Family building year and our transition year. With 2013s wounds still with us starting off 2014 was seeming just as 2013 ended. We lost a wonderful woman this year. Most may know her and I did not always get along, but we had a distinct love hate relationship for one another. I lost my third parent for 20 years this year. Nana blessed us with many cultural insight linking me to my Puerto Rican background. Teaching me how to dance and the true meaning of todos para familia. With losing her we decided it was time for a new chapter. To pack up our home for 20 years and move to a new equally beautiful home as our last. This year was a year of change and many things I am incredibly thankful and blessed for. My parents and I have become closer than ever before. Worked in physical therapy for my back, my little (but really not so little anymore) sister finish her years at Atlee and discovering freshman year at college. While the beginning of the year may have started as 2013 ended I cannot express enough how thankful and blessed I am to have such wonderful people in my life. Meeting new people, rekindling friendships, falling in love, and most importantly finding a plateau of health within our family. 2014 I wish it was just not over yet, but as we say goodbye I truly from the bottom of my heart thank you for this year. It will surely never be forgotten.
