Yes, I got bit by something venomous last week. The awful red color went away yesterday and Im left with a light brown- almost old bruise looking spot with a hard center today. The massive itching and burning are gone and theres just a light itch. I had the pictures of the progression on my phone with he found interesting and also let him know the progression. Thankfully the advice I took from the web for treating a venomous bite worked and its what my doctor would have told me to do anyway. Most brown recluse bites will heal within 11 days. Mine has been 8 days. There is some good information on this site
