Yes, I have kept up with my horror movies this month. Oct. 1st: The Man Who Laughs Oct. 2nd: A Nightmare on Elm Street Oct. 3rd: Let the Right One In Oct. 4th: Event Horizon Oct. 5th: The Serpent and the Rainbow Oct. 6th: The Innocents Oct. 7th: Re-Animator Oct. 8th: The Bird with the Crystal Plumage Oct. 9th: The Omen Oct. 10th: Misery Oct. 11th: Man Bites Dog Oct. 12th: The Wicker Man Oct. 13th: Dont Look Now Oct. 14th: The Mummy Oct. 15th: The Invisible Man Oct. 16th: Dead of Night (5 different, one actually worked quite well. The rest were eh. - 8/10) Oct. 17th: Invasion of the Body Snatcher (1978 remake, loved the cameo of Kevin McCarthy. - 8/10) Oct. 18th: Blood Simple (First Coen Brothers flick, but where the hell were the police? Good, but slightly incompetent. - 8/10) Oct. 19: The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Original 1923 version, beautiful costumes and sets, but not too scary for modern times. Still, probably the best one I saw this week. - 9/10) Oct. 20th: Carnival of Souls (Great atmosphere, but it bored me too much. 7/10) Oct. 21st: Shallow Grave (Reminds me of the Pardoners Tale, not to mention the great attention to small details. - 9/10)
