Yes....I lift weights. This is a question I am frequently asked. AND weight lifting will not make females bulky . In fact lifting weights will make you slimmer because it increases your metabolism. I have a support group where we will work together to find a program for YOUR goals. I soooo get it. I am a working wife, mom...and over 50. I have a lot of stuff on my plate and my medical history...well it is not pretty. I have clients who are diabetics, high BP and have lost over 100 lbs...AND clients who are athletes who need to pick up their game . I am here for YOU.
