Yes, Magic Monday again!!!! I realised that yesterday was my 6 mth anniversary of my new lifestyle. I posted a great picture yesterday so wont repost that now. Doing a measure up today, came to realise the following. I have had fun, its not been hard work. I have made new friends, I have also made some pocket money for my holiday woowowow. I look good and feel great. Sleep better and even eat better. The stats are as follows: 20kgs and still going steadily. (nearly at maintenance) Over 140 cms off the body and all in good places too. Into a size 12 wowowowow. (sadly was 16 to 18) I have enrolled more than 10 people now and really enjoyed coaching and supporting them to have a healthier life style. Such and exciting journey. Even better tomorrow is ISA pay day.
