Yes! You are very true, all departments root positions to senior positions in PIA are filled with Lahorees only, may be he had other area domicile but their origin is Lahore city, but if he had been settled in Lahore he is placed on every position of head office, and foreign airports as managers, cargo managers, finance managers or station managers. YYZ and Glasgow are the stations where Station managers and managers are from establishment and Lahore gone on 3 years out of turn postings but they are their since last 10 to 15 years.
