Yes, people with a functioning pancreas, Type 1s do feel lightheaded and will faint if we dont balance the sugar and insulin. It happens and more than you think it should because insulin is not a cure. Its why we test multiple times a day at over $1 a test. (ie the need for insurance). Especially on important days when pulling out a Twizzler or several glucose tab or having a medical device that buzzes would be incredibly rude. Is it wrong to try and be normal? Its all we want.
