Yes renewables are great at reducing carbon. But dont let anyone tell you the reason the powers that be arent investing in it is because they hate the environment. They know that climate change is real. They arent doing it because it increases personal liberty. By far the freest form of energy is the kind you can produce on your own on site without needing to pay utility companies or city taxes. Climate change is real. And they know it. Their plan is to softball-lob the people huge centralized, controlled, renewable plants to continue to sell piece meal energy to people while reversing climate change. That way they dont get hurt by the carbon emissions, but you are still dependent upon their grid. So do yourself a favor. If you get a piece of property, get your energy free from grid-dependency. And take responsibility for reversing climate change at the same time.
