Yes, some days are easier than others. Today hit me hard. I dont usually work weekends, but when I did I liked to surprise Joey. Today I wanted to go find him, but ugh I couldnt! I waited until I got home to again cry for him. Its all good though, cause its part of the grieving process. Today I remembered a photo of a cross I saw in his eye, and I thought how cool it would be to see him again in Heaven, and then I thought - it would even cooler if he could talk and share his thoughts. For those who didnt see my note to all his fans and wanted to repost - Joey when you darted into my life you brought a “good trouble to my heart. And you when left - you brought an even more “grand trouble” to my heart. You helped create a depth of humanity within me that I could then share through your essence - a little creature of vulnerability and purpose. In return I discovered my own tenderness and passion, and even more valuable, I discovered the world’s need to connect to the joys and sorrows of others - if only to bring about compassion, hope and change. Your absence, sweet Joey, does not diminish what has been revealed, but stimulates it all the more. Thank you for enriching my life, trusting me with yours and introducing me to friends near and very very far. Theba
