Yesteday was D-Day for me. I went for my 2nd Endoscope to check - TopicsExpress

Yesteday was D-Day for me. I went for my 2nd Endoscope to check the status of my esophagus cancer which was discovered in April this year. The endoscope was horrible process but I survived!!! What the Specialist told me after the scope was, my cancer discovered in the 1st scope is no longer a threat. Good improvement. Now I have to wait for the written report in Sept 24th to meet the doctor in charge to brief me. What I contribute to the speedy recovery is something I am very thankful and eternally grateful to. Firstly, I decided to take charge of my life. 1. I did self-Reiki treatment on myself and also received daily Reiki treatments from my life partner Angie. Close friends whom I disclosed my condition also send their Reiki Energy and other healing modalities while others send their prayer. I also received very strong encouragement from my Reiki master Serena Lumiere who knows best as she herself is a cancer survivor. For those whose names I did not disclose here, you know you will always be in my heart. 2. I openly seek Blessings to Heavenly Beings including St Anne, Mother Mary and Jesus (even though I am a practising Buddhist). Took me a moment to decide to drive up to Bukit Mertajam for St Anne Festival and I did just that. 3. I redesign my meals to include fish more and vegs. Less meat. 4. I took lots of supplements including chlorella, super-antioxidants, Gum Arabic - prebiotics, Lacto-5 probiotics and Fish Oil. The Gum Arabic especially works very well for my condition. 5. I retain my cool character. 6. I took rest whenever needed and I sleep early when I get tired. Lots more to continue later. I chose to eat fresh fish and vegs whenever possible.
