Yesterday, Congressman Simpson supported H.R. 3136, the Advancing Competency-Based Education Demonstration Project Act of 2014. This bipartisan legislation directs the Secretary of Education to select up to 20 eligible entities to voluntarily carry out competency-based education demonstration projects.
