Yesterday I completed a soul fueling dance journey through the longest night of the year in Helsinki, with my beautiful Finnish, Sweedish and Estonian dance family. Thank you for making me feel so incredibly at home. So much so that I still havent booked a flight out of here! Adam Barley so much love and gratitude to you for sharing your amazing gifts with us. A weekend full of love, movement, snow, sun, inner stirring and healing. Follow this with a naked snow angel, 1 degree swim, sauna, naked dance outside, beer and beautiful conversations, and you have a pretty full of love Henry! Now to continue on with the dance of life... Loveeeeee yall x
