Yesterday, I drove to the Chicago suburbs and back again. That much driving usually means that Ill be going through a small stack of blues and rock CDs. Instead, I listened to the audio book of THE OCEAN AT THE END OF THE LANE, written and read by Neil Gaiman, which turned out to be the perfect length for the round trip drive. This is yet another excellent tale from Mr. Gaiman, and he really has become quite adept at doing these readings. I finished the audio as I pulled into my parking lot at about 2:00 a.m. today, which happens to be Neil Gaimans birthday. Which is my roundabout way of wishing him a Happy Birthday; Thank you, Neil, for so many excellent stories, and heres hoping you have a great day.
