Yesterday, I finally took old adapter with old cable cords to Comcast and exchanged to have new adapter (not same as before, something new) and also asked for 3 in one also, plus 2 small, 2 middle, & 3 large cable cords so I fixed everything seem better. Glad hope Tv guide channels stay to show name of titles, modem were changed last 4 mo. and thought still had problem until today. I was surprised its working ok after 24 hours.. Hope stay that way, no probelms. Cross my fingers.
