Yesterday, I had the opportunity to do a photo shoot with someone I will be trading private yoga lessons. The shoot was at Studio 314 in the Flower District here in St. Louis, just off of Chouteau and Grand. With perfect wood floors and a very professional set up, I did my thing (the asanas) for 1.5 hours. When I was done, I did indeed take the liberty of taking my 7 minute Savasana! ((smile!)) Before I left, we previewed about 1/3 of the 991 digital images he captured, and I have to say that I am very excited! Next Wednesday we are going to go through all the images, and of those selected, he will edit them for my new site, and for my personal training software that goes along with my new website (so I can assign homework to my clients). I have said this before and Ill say it again. I just want to be a helpful conduit for those who wish to better themselves through the practice of Yoga and other methods of meditation and relaxation. This photo shoot yesterday will make my life easier, and my clients lives easier as well, as I will be accessible online. Thanks for reading and Namaste! Dr. Maureen.
