Yesterday, I participated in WJERs Town Talk live radio debate in Tuscarawas County. My opponent and I discussed many issues, and the debate was spirited. I focused on topics like: how to create jobs here in our region; the need to repeal Obamacare; the importance of strengthening and preserving Medicare and Social Security; the need to protect Ohio coal jobs; and, our responsibility to take care of our veterans. Some of my local supporters gathered at the offices of Stocker Sand and Gravel to listen on the radio, and I stopped by afterwards to say hello and to hear their thoughts on how it went.
