Yesterday I put up 290 feet of conduit and I think I had 3 pieces that didnt need some kind of bend. The fun part was it was 14 feet up and I was using a step ladder and I was by myself so I had to climb up, measure, come down, cut or bend, climb up and attach my first hanger, come down, move the ladder, climb up, attach another hanger, come down, move the ladder again, take the conduit up and slide it into place, come down, move the ladder, go up and tighten the fitting, come down, move the ladder to the first hanger, go up and tighten the hanger, come down, move the ladder to the last hanger, go up and tighten the hanger. Repeat 29 times thats 203 trips up the ladder...
