Yesterday I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday. A birthday means new beginnings. It is a time to reflect. I normally dont throw parties during my birthday. I touch base with my family and where possible with very close people. A birthday is a time to do strategic review of Collin Macheke Incorporated. I looked at the following five simple questions. These five questions bring oral strategic planning to life for me. . What is the detailed global position of Collin Macheke Inc? What are my strengths and weaknesses? What opportunities and threats prevail? .What actions have I taken over the past year to improve on my strengths and to work on my weaknesses? What actions have I taken to take the opportunities and to eliminate and mitigate against the threats? . How have I adapted to the changes that have been happening around me? Did my change management strategy produce the desired results? . What am I most afraid of which might happen in the next year to derail my plans. . What are the five key activities I will do in personal development in the next year to assist me in achieving my strategic plan? I therefore thank all those who took time to forward well wishing messages to me on Facebook. It is much appreciated. I have read every message. Some even forwarded inspirational messages. I receive all the blessings. With Facebook friends like these, we shall overcome. We shall continue inspiring each other to greatness. This is a lifestyle not a new year resolution. #KeepOnMoving.
