Yesterday I was flatpacking my daughters new bedroom suite and cleaning up her room- which took all day!! I dropped the ball on food updates. Sorry. I always empty stomach work out in the morning- encourages your body to use and burn fat stores from your body rather than the stored energy in your muscles. Pre-workout hulk juice, kickboxing then yoga with Jillian. B: soaked oats( easier for your body to absord nutrients), seeds n grains, raspberries, banana, dash coconut milk, cinnamon & protein shake w cold water. Lunch: rump steak w steamed zucchini, broccoli n beans washed down with cucumber water. Snack: homemade multigrain bread( made w almond milk, gluten free flour, rock salt and dash olive oil) w organic 100% peanut butter and cottage cheese, orange. Dinner: pan fried coconut oil salmon w sauteed brussel sprouts, onion, garlic and mushrooms. And some sneaky chocolate ;-) Now to get up today and repeat!
