Yesterday I was in a matatu where a group of thieves stole from unsuspecting passengers by lying to them that the police were conducting a search on all matatus for guys who hadnt put on their seat belts and people panicked and in the process they stole from them...they later suggested that people should alight to avoid being arrested but stood at the door so they again stole from frantic passengers... So Im going to pose the question, why do we keep silent when we know whats going on?
