Yesterday I woke up feeling pretty average. I started to get numbness in fingers and toes and pain in my shoulder and chest. Rather than shrug it off, I decided to go to hospital to check it out. Turns out it was not a heart attack but pericarditis which is an inflammation around the heart sack. Point Im making guys is dont be a hero and shrug things off. If its hurting its a sign something is wrong so go check it out! Better to be wrong about a heart attack and alive than right and dead!!
