Yesterday Thursday 16th Jan I did a battlefield tour to Isandlwana and Rorkes Drift. While it was a very good tour with great people, I also got to see a huge number of Raptors which was very unusual. The best was 2 Black Eagles that flew over us very slowly allowing us a great viewing of this very large and rare bird. we also had good sightings of a Black chested Snake Eagle, a Jackal Buzzard and a few white backed vultures.
