Yesterday a few of you kindly shared your inspiring stories of your why for getting in and staying in shape. With this in mind I have a theory Id like your thoughts on. While I believe a why is essential in getting started on the path to better health, Im convinced that we also need a whats next to maintain momentum and continue getting stronger, faster and healthier. Our initial why starts us down the path. But we need new goals, new challenges, new reasons, to keep up the fight. What do you think? Is this how it works for you?
