Yesterday after attending a wonderful conference of Sustainable Leadership Summit at Mumbai where i got very much inspired by the eminent speakers who are dedicating their career and life on CR, CSR 2.0 , Research, phd, training to make Sustainable leaders inorder to grow this country in a scaleable way . . Thank you Umesh Mukhi for the initiative. Appreciate that . . and on the way back to pune in the evening i came across the ground reality about this country . . when i heard the Policemen takes HAFTA (a fixed sum of money depending on the area eg: vashi - 3k, wakad - 1k.. for permitting which is not allowed) !! I always thought asaa filmo me hota hee . . Being a finance guy this discourage me as i am paying my taxes and duties honestly with zero or close to zero ROI . . Sorry if i went wrong in concluding . . but this is my personal views based on the facts i see !! This hurts me because since my childhood i had a great respect towards Indian army and policemen..
