Yesterday as I was leaving my house I could hear a neighbor having trouble and they asked if I could help. Without hesitation I looked in and saw they were frustrated trying to hook up the DISH cable and TV. They were even on the phone with customer service about 3 seconds from cursing them out for terrible service. I started checking the error and took several tries to fix the problem. I had to take a step back and reassess and ask questions. Then after almost giving up they looked at me like if you cant do it, we cant because they didnt believe they could. I said to myself I can do this. Told them dont worry then finally fixed the problem by adjusting the connections and when the cable picture came on THEY LIT UP...
