Yesterday at CPE2 3pm to approx. 2am (11 hours of play. About 1 hour HU) we had 66 players and raised £1,650 for the two charities. Cheques will be sent from Grosvenor Casino soon. Scott O’Reilly played really well especially HU to win the CPE2 The Raffle at the Court Club and my work raised £ 84. The Raffle at the Grosvenor Club raised £166. A donation towards the charities was made of £50 from a Court Club player who finished on the final table. THE TOTAL RAISED FOR BOTH CHARITIES (Marfan Trust and Pancreatic Cancer UK) WAS £1,950 Receipts will be posted on facebook when received. A donation was made to the event fund by myself. Thank you to everyone especially Peterborough players and the Blue Blood’s for attending and making it another great poker day out, Monaco next year, that’s a little joke for people that read down to the end. The next one if people want one will be either DTD Nottingham or in the Birmingham area.
