Yesterday hit a 2RM OHS Squat PR from the floor @120#. Nearly 8 months ago I could hardly OHS 65# 1X & barely spent time working on OHS because they were my weakness & I felt I would never be able to improve on them. Now just over a year into CrossFit & lots of help from Travis OHS are one of my favorites! I love seeing these kind of improvements in my Oly lifts, it continuously encourages and motivates me to keep training, practicing, and becoming stronger each & everyday! Practice Makes Perfect!
