Yesterday nights very intense, but short back & biceps workout! Tried to be as effective as possible, so we decided to hit up different tempos, weights and angles. The pump was absolutely crazy, haha! What Ive been doing for the past couple of months when training back is organizing my routine so that I hit up all my vertical exercises 1st before going on to the rows. Why? Doing rows before your pulldowns will automatically lead to weaker vertical pulls because of the exhaustion in your secondary muscle groups, biceps and shoulders. ✅ I found this was better and more efficient and also decreasing more of the chance to get injured. If you want wings, you have to lift heavy! If you want a very detailed back, you have to hit your back from many different angles as possible. What is you favorite exercise for back?
