Yesterday something at school caught my eye in the computer lab.The word, "Trojan Horse"...which is something within a program that appears normal...but ends up being a virus or something damaging to your computer. Many of us remember the Trojan Horse story...its from greek legends...it was supposedly a giant horse that had greek soldiers hidden in it. It was left, like a present in front of Troy and they eventually brought it into their city and the soldiers , within came out and attacked Troy. I believe we allow a Trojan Horse into our lives when we invite the flesh and its flaws into our "city". Think about it...what did Troy need with a BIG HORSE? Did they think it would spruce up the place? Did they already have ONE and wanted to complete the set? "Unless the Lord build a house they labor in vain to build it." I have attempted on several occasions to "build a house", only to invite a trojan horse in that destroyed the home. We, here in America are like the people of Troy...we have invited herds and herds of trojan horses into our midst and then appear surprised when we are being attacked. Beware....pray without ceasing...a little sleep, a little slumber...a little folding of the hands...it only takes a moment to open the gate...allowing something evil in. Open the door to Christ...lock it to the flesh and the devil. Be safe...build wisely. Love will
