Yesterday, the Health Minister Michael Ferguson submitted the Governments response to the Legislative Council Inquiry looking into the issue of medicinal cannabis. The Liberal Government is committed to an evidence-based, scientific approach to health care. As such, the submission indicates our support for appropriately conducted clinical trials, feeding into the existing national medicines regulatory framework.
