Yesterday, the wife of imprisoned Christian pastor, Saeed Abedini posted this video of him teaching his children the meaning of Good Friday and Easter a few years ago. Today Saeed is in an Iranian prison because of his faith in our risen Savior. Saeed is a true example of Revelation 12:11...even the last part we often leave out. And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, AND THEY DID NOT LOVE THEIR LIFE EVEN WHEN FACED WITH DEATH. May we remember that we are citizens of heaven and strangers on the earth. As we head into Resurrection Sunday, lets pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ around the world. Lets also be willing to lay down our lives here on earth for our Savior who laid down His to give us eternal life. Heaven IS for real! Knowing that should affect how we live here on earth.
