Yesterday was a free day between the two halves of our trip. As we waited for the Syrian & Jordanian pastors to arrive we were treated to a day of feasts for the eyes and stomach! We rode a cable car to the top of a mountain overlooking Beirut then our Amazing Friend Rania Klayany took us to a restaurant where her Father is the Executive Chef! Never in my life have I eaten such amazing food as the Chef sat at our table and kept ordering more food for us. If anything in my life has ever given hint to the banquet table in Heaven, yesterdays feast was it. Unmerited favor, seated at the table of the Executive Chef. Beyond Belief! - Wait... then he said we didnt have to pay! The most amazing meal of my life was completely free!
