Yesterday was a powerful day FULL of equine coaching from 10am until 5pm! Its amazing to me that so many of us have the same core issues of worthiness, self-doubt, and not seeing ourselves for the wonderful people that we are. I am so grateful to the equines for really exposing our shadows and our bright lights. The mantra yesterday was Im doing the best I can. Sometimes when we dont feel like we are good enough we have to look for proof around us. We are all creators and yet we discount ourselves and our power until someone points it out. I feel honored to be partnered up with the horses and serve as a guide/wayshower/lighthouse for people to return to who they truly are and to see themselves with new eyes full of love.
