Yesterday was my last day with KC Fitness, lost 25 pounds and 12 inches in my amazing 8 weeks! I have found the key to lose weight in a healthy way, starting to not dread exercise and found many people that I plan to keep in my life forever. One very big piece to the puzzle, Brianna Reinsch, kept a journal for every milestone and weigh-in on my journey so far, and a Joy Jar that will be on my desk at work for people to put encouraging notes and changes they see in me. Pamela Waldeck, you were there to kick my butt when I needed it and plan to continue our work-out sessions! Sandy Hill and Randi Hayden Knapp... thanks for the cheers and tough love along the way.
