Yesterday,we began to examine the issue of God rewarding our labour and not the results. Just to help us a little,let me quickly add that this literally implies that whether the labour is apparently yielding results or not,your bit is to keep at it with all diligence. The Evangelist that evangelises and it appears as if no one is paying attention and no soul is being won, KEEP at IT! The pastor that has pastored a church of 10 people for several years,KEEP at It! Your bit is the labour,leave the results to He who is well able to supply it alright! That said,it is very important also that we realise that inasmuch as reward is accorded to labour,with God our motives count. Jer17:10 plainly says that. Ask yourself this (I do ask myself), Why am I doing this?. People have several reasons for doing things but then again true blessings accrues to the things done out of reverence and Love for God. Remember,you are a blessed person! Let me say it to you again; Life is working in you! Listen! There is an area of life that only YOU can light the way through. Dont deny us that!
