Yesterdays Journey to Awesomeness and accountability: 6 sets of 10 pushups 5 sets of core work (starting to do a few Curl ups) 2 sets of 10 Lat pull downs and 20 cheat pull-ups 2 sets of rowing pulls 50 Hooyah Air Squats Yoga type Stretching Elyptical and Cycled and swam for cardio -30 mins cycle and elliptical to warm up and 20 min swim to cool down Egosque work to keep my alignment proper and joints pain free- This is going to save my body! Check this out guys! Tony recommends it in Life Mastery and it is awesome!!! Previously had some pain, and now its gone! Im going to start burpees today! This should be great for my surfing too! egoscue
