Yesterdays chemo treatment sucked. My veins did not want to cooperate. Placing the needle, threading it up in to the vein, is the worst part and yesterday was painful to the point of almost bringing me to tears. And I have a pretty high tolerance to pain. Today is my last day for this round and I am SO not looking forward to it. One more round next month and then 2-3 years of remission if all goes well. I can do this. I just need to remind myself how easy I have it compared to what so many people go through with chemo. I CAN do this. Go to my happy place...find that inner strength I know I have....
