Yippeeeee! We got Ted Bear out for his first proper hack today...thanks to his Aunty Amelia.. Tallis and I were on baby sitting duty. We only did 2 miles but this is such a milestone for Ted. He is very anxious when getting off him, we think due to residual sacro-iliac pain which we will sort with Sue Buckleys continuing help. Here he is looking like What is all the fuss about?! The fact though that he then slept for the rest of the day tells you how tiring it was for him...so we will take it slowly and alternate being ridden with continuing his ground work and use ride and lead to get him fitter without a rider. I am so proud of everybody involved at Pioneer...this is one of the huge drivers of what we have got together to do....take horses out pain to give them a fun filled future...will keep you all posted! xxxx
