It seems this new song from Taylor Swift is meant to be sarcastic, but there are some elements wed like to mention as examples of what is unhealthy. It is important to know that a relationship does not have to only be forever or go down in flames. Break ups should be safe and while they can hurt, they are okay. It is very unhealthy to feel like you cant break up with someone. Some break ups are mutual and are not complete heartbreaks or disasters. It is also important to know that no matter how mad someone makes you, destroying their belongings is not okay. It is completely NOT okay for her to smash up his car and cut up his clothes. Destroying belongings is not just unhealthy but can be considered abusive. Though it is mentioned briefly, jealousy is not healthy either.
