Yo whaddup! Hope everyone is having an awesome summer. Fall is almost here so that means were gonna get stoked and climb a lot. But before that is catapalooza. If ya dont know what that is ill learn ya. Catapalooza is an event for clubs to display themselves to incoming freshmen who are looking to join clubs (mainly vertigo obviously) and integrate themselves into campus culture. Im gonna be there hanging out at the table and need some other people to come hang out and man and/or women the booth. Also, I heard about an opportunity for the club to make some money by helping carry some foldable tables for an hour or so before and after the event. The club could always use more funding for spring break, the climbing comp, and more climbing trips! I believe each participant will make $10/hr which will go to the club. The shifts will be on August 20th 1-3pm and 3-6pm August 22nd 3:15-5:15pm If any of you do volunteer that will earn you some ultra serious brownie points, which could actually translate into free browines. But anyway let me know if you can help out!
