YoMo Wod Halasana or Plow Pose is one of my favorite poses for releasing tension from the spine. Keep your hands supporting the back until you are able to touch the toes to the mat above your head. You can always support your feet by placing them on a chair or against the wall. Breathe into your spine and soften around tension. Relax the neck long against the mat and dont move the head side to side. Come out and rest in Savasana. Repeat 3 times.
