Yoga – When opportunity knocks, open the door. Yoga with Maria elephants perchOne of my New Year’s resolutions has always been to do more yoga. Well, the years have come & gone,and I still haven’t followed through with my goal. Recently, while working out at Zenergy, I was approached by Alexa Turzian to come join her new yoga class , called Form &Flow. I was a bit skeptical at first, but rallied and brought three other guinea pigs along for the ride. Form & Flow is a combination of yoga with weights and cardio. The class was a great reintroduction to yoga for me. Next up , Hot Yoga……. elephantsperch/featured/maria-tries-yoga/
