#YolandaPh According to local news this morning, signal 3 & 4 has been lifted. No communications in areas - Tacloban. The storm seems to be weakening. After 2 hours of sleep, Im thinking about turning of the snooze button. Unfortunately, Im not sure yet if I have to report to work. So I guess, its stand by mode for now.
